Select photos for the Fall/Winter 2011 collection at Mr. Ooley’s were taken at The University of Oklahoma’s Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art. One of the finest university art museums in the United States, the collection at the University of Oklahoma’s Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art includes a nearly 16,000-object permanent collection (including the approx. 3,300-object Eugene B. Adkins Collection and the more than 3,500-object James T. Bialac Native American Art Collection), French Impressionism, 20th century American painting and sculpture, traditional and contemporary Native American art, art of the Southwest, ceramics, photography, contemporary art, Asian art and graphics from the 16th century to the present.

The museum opens the new Stuart Wing, home of the Adkins Collection and other collections, with a special Grand Opening Celebration 12-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23. The celebration is free and open to the public. Museum information is available here..
